Data protection for applications

CONXPERT GmbH & Co. KG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of data protection law.

In this Privacy Policy, we provide you with information as to how, to what extent and for what purposes we will process personal data in the case of your application.

Collection, processing and use of your personal data
As part of the application procedure, CONXPERT GmbH & Co. KG will, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, process and store the personal data you submit to us during your application (e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, photo, certificates, etc.).

As a rule, only those persons who are responsible for the advertised position will have access to your data. Where there is a clear overlap with your applicant profile and a vacancy in another department, we would also make your data available to the person responsible for that department. All staff at our company are under obligation to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection law.

Retention of your data
Unless there are legal obligations to retain data or you give your express and separate consent for your data to be stored beyond this period, we will delete your personal data 6 months after the end of the your application process.

If you are employed by us, your application documents will be kept securely and confidentially in your personnel file in the HR department.

Security
We implement both technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your data, in accordance with the GDPR, from manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.

Encrypted communication
You have the possibility of sending us your data in encrypted form.
If you wish to send us your application in encrypted form, you have the option of doing so via PGP.

Once you have imported our public PGP key into your e-mail program, you can send us encrypted e-mails.
So that we can reply to you in encrypted form, please e-mail us your public PGP key.

If you do not have PGP, you can at least encrypt your attachments (e.g. with 7-Zip) and tell us the password for your application over the phone.

Your rights relating to personal data are set out under point 13 of our Privacy Policy.

Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent to this declaration and the processing of your data at any time.
